The most important thing to do on Thanksgiving is to make ourselves happier.

Just learn to say, “Thank You.”
Express gratitude. Appreciate what we have.
Appreciate the good that others have done for us.
Appreciate all good things that anyone has done for us.
As for the things that are NOT good that have been done for us – practice sweeping it under the rug.
Focus on being grateful and happiness will flow.
